AWS Consultant Services provides AWS cloud consulting, migration, cost optimization, DevOps, and related professional services. We have offices in Pune, India, and San Francisco, United States, and serve clients worldwide.

• Information you provide: name, company/organization, phone number, email address, country, approximate AWS spend band, service interest, and message content when you submit forms or email us.
• Communications: records of emails, calls, or meeting notes related to your inquiry or engagement.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, collected via server logs and analytics tools when enabled.
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files used for site function, preference memory, and (when configured) analytics measurement.

We keep inquiry and client-related records for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, meet accounting and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Marketing analytics data is retained according to tool settings and our operational needs. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where practical.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and secure transmission where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To exercise these rights, email us. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where available.

10. Children

Our website and services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
