1. About the website

The website provides general information about our AWS consulting offerings, including migration, cost optimization, DevOps, managed services, and related topics. Content is for informational and marketing purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, legal advice, or a guarantee of specific business results.

2. Professional services

Paid consulting, migration, DevOps, managed cloud, staffing, or Generative AI engagements are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work (SOW), master services agreement, or other written contract between you and us. Those documents control over these website Terms if there is a conflict regarding delivery, fees, SLAs, or IP for a specific project.

Submitting a website form or booking a free assessment does not create a paid engagement until both parties agree in writing.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and, if you inquire on behalf of a company, that you are authorized to represent that company.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Submit spam, malware, or misleading form content
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers, accounts, or data
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial site content without permission
• Interfere with site security or availability

5. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, graphics, and layout are owned by AWS Consultant Services or its licensors. You may view and share links for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce marketing materials for commercial redistribution without prior written consent.

6. No warranties on website content

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components. Cloud technologies change quickly; always validate recommendations in your own environment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability related to website use is limited to USD 100 or the amount you paid us specifically for website access (if any), whichever is greater.

Liability for contracted professional services is defined solely in the applicable client agreement.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, team members, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights via content you submit.

9. Third-party services

The site may reference or link to third-party tools, cloud products, or websites. We are not responsible for third-party terms, pricing, availability, or content.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise for that engagement. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.

For US clients under a signed SOW, dispute resolution terms in that SOW prevail.
